Ms. Fernandez always has her Clientsbest interest in mind, always trying to find the best rates within your budget/needs. She is readily available and response/turnaround time is 10/10. She’s available via text, WhatsApp, email which is awesome and always responds back in a timely manner. She is always very professional and very flexible, I feel like she values my time and it’s always a pleasure working with her. 10 out of 10 would recommend her ! Thank you for your hard work ! :)
Giselle was fantastic in her approach to find the best fitting policy for my business. Not only she was able to get me a much better quote than my long term previous provider, but she even caught some gaps in coverage that I needed. Even with those added items, my new policy was still significantly lower cost than my previous one. I very much recommend working with this company and Giselle, who went out of her way to provide a timely and competent service while acknowledging all my requests.
