I have had the distinct pleasure of volunteering with this organization under the direction of the Volunteer Coordinator Shelby B for several years. She is always available with training by phone, text and in person. I have never felt more supported. Because of her knowledge and encouragement I can concentrate on my patients and our visits. Rosa Golden is by far one of the best rep's we at Reunion Rehabilitation have had the pleasure of working with and we appreciate her helping us celebrate rehab week.
I would like to recognize Rosa the leiaison for American Premier she always comes to our hospital Reunion Rehab in Phoenix and is such a caring and good individual always brings a smile to everyone's face when entering our facility. Rosa keep doing what you do it is very appreciated.
Your team did an amazing job helping my dad after his fall which happened only a week after he relocated from out of state to live with us. The transition from the move was hard enough for my parents, but each of your staff members whom we had the pleasure to work with (especially Dave the PT, Lynda the OT, Linda and Joyce both nurses) were all tremendously kind, patient, understanding, and encouraging. I would go back to this company for any future needs we may have.
What a blessing we received when our friends' daughter, then an employee of American Premier, suggested their services for my Mom. They helped make a difficult time in our lives so much easier, and enlightened us to options we never knew about. RN Brenley is truly a godsend, always available for the random question or problem, and definitely an angel on earth!! Kind, caring, knowledgeable, and just downright nice, which is so needed in these crazy times! She's become an honorary member of our family.
