Very friendly! I like going to this place because they also are very friendly to their customers and even if you don't buy anything from them, they try their best to help you get what you are looking for. They do a good job sharpening blades for lawn mowers as my grandfather is a repeat customer with that.
RecommendedFirst time here. Excellent sales and service professionals. Very knowledgeable about their products. Chatted with the service professional also. Very knowledgeable also. Walked out happy with my 2 Stihl products, a new saw (MS 211C) and a HSA 25 battery powered trimmer combo. The chainsaw was spur of the moment that I was eyeballing for the last 6 months. Got really tired of lugging the 24” for all my work.
Excellent repair service! Couldn’t start my mower and brought it over. The nice mechanic took a look at it took it into the shop and got it running again! The mechanic is so awesome! They always do a good job checking over my snowblower every year. Great service!

I called American Power Equipment for a Simplicity 52” Zero Turn Contender and it was delivered the next day, unreal. Everyone was friendly, to the girl who answered the phone, the gentleman who processed my purchase to the truck driver who delivered it. American Power Equipment rocks👍. By the way I called a dealer that was closer, and as of yet, I haven’t heard back from him. When I asked him for the specific Model I wanted he said he is still waiting to hear from his area representative . That was 2 weeks ago.

I've had them do repairs on my old Simplicity, great job and reasonable price. This year I bought a new Simplicity Broadmoor tractor from them! (mine was 18 years old). Just mowed for the first time today and I have to say, it's a great tractor!
Great knowledgeable people very eager to help. We love coming here because if we have a problem at all they are eager to help. would recommend it highly.
