I am extremely disappointed with American Pool Pump & Products. The communication was terrible. I paid for my order and never received it after he told me it was shipped. However, no tracking number could be provided. I went through many, many headaches (going out of my way, making many phone calls, etc...) trying to help this company get my order to me. Beware! American pool pumps came to replace a valve and install new plumbing. He left it leaking and would not come back to fix it. He was scheduled to come by and fix it, but never showed. I think he was just waiting for my check to clear! He wont return phone calls and wont come back to fix it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Too bad I can't give NO stars!

had a cartrige filter that was giving me probs. always spraying off . they put in a sand filter which was easy to backwash instead. i had a few different quotes. but they seemed to be the cheapest for the quality everthing was sharp. way cheaper then patio and leslie.
