Very rude and cannot get the job done. I don’t think they know what they are doing so do not recommend wasting your time and money.
The worst. He’s extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. I asked him a question about my system and he relied “ I don’t have time for questions, I have other jobs to go to”. He told me “you pay me now “. When I asked if he as a more official way of paying instead of using his personal Zelle he took a step towards me, pointing and yelled at me “I DID THE JOB NOW PAY ME!” As a woman home alone with her kids, this was very scary. Terrible service. Do not pick up their phone to make an appointment. Come over for a 5 minute check because First American assigned them and provided an incorrect report which stated my management system was dead where infact my pool pump drive was not working. I think the only way this company makes any money is working for these warranty companies and helping them deny claims

Terrible service, super shady and wants to use scare tactics and misinformation to force you to make repairs. Told my pump unit is old and cannot find it anymore and low and behold google was able to find it easily. Avoid these guys and trust your gut.
