Google - we need zero star option for companies like these. I don't want to even talk about details since, rest of the reviews already state what I was going to state. I'm even canceling my First American Home Warranty because of this nasty experience. Based on why this warranty company uses these horrible vendors, I don't trust FAHW anymore. Going back to American Home Shield where you don't get this type of service.
The worst in the business , They have damage my salt system and it cost me 3500$ I sent them a request on venmo and paid them this amount instead of requesting. Now I’m down 7000$ with the worst pool cleaning company that you can ever imagine . They won’t respond to my calls , text or anything g else so I’ll try Here on social media then if this won’t work I’ll go to the Law authorities , Just insane the way they treat people and the way that they act . Very rude and cannot get the job done. I don’t think they know what they are doing so do not recommend wasting your time and money.
The worst. He’s extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. I asked him a question about my system and he relied “ I don’t have time for questions, I have other jobs to go to”. He told me “you pay me now “. When I asked if he as a more official way of paying instead of using his personal Zelle he took a step towards me, pointing and yelled at me “I DID THE JOB NOW PAY ME!” As a woman home alone with her kids, this was very scary. Terrible service. Do not pick up their phone to make an appointment. Come over for a 5 minute check because First American assigned them and provided an incorrect report which stated my management system was dead where infact my pool pump drive was not working. I think the only way this company makes any money is working for these warranty companies and helping them deny claims
