Using American Plumbing to install our water heater was a great experience. It all started with the owner that came out to do the FREE consultation. He was friendly and direct, this was a major factor in the decision to use them, The other factor was the pricing that we felt was fair. The work was completed the next day, which was a bonus. This is a company we recommend and we will be using again if the need arises.
Lanney was great at communicating with me and was accommodating to get me a great price. Responded to my questions quickly and thoroughly. In person he was very friendly and helpful and the job was done quickly and they cleaned up the site very well. I will definitely use them again if I need plumbers.

We replaced 2 hot water heaters and a pressure reduction valve. Lanney was very professional and fairly priced. He took the time to explain all the options and pros and cons of tank vs tankless. They removed 2 huge 75 gallon water heaters and installed 2 new 50 gallon units and replaced our PRV all in about 5 hours. They were very reasonably priced compared to the others who wanted 3x-4x what he charged.
Lanney was fantastic. Our old water heater broke and he was available for immediate service. He even gave us a quote that was half the price of what the plumber who installed the old unit was giving. He came in at the promised time, did a great job, was careful to not damage any of my carpet or flooring and was extremely kind and professional. Thank you for the wonderful, prompt and professional service.
