I had my hot water heater fail, and American Plumbing and Sewer called me back within 5 min. After normal working hours. They were out the following day for a free consultation. After the consultation I called back the following day with my decision to replace the unit and was greeted within a few hours with a brand new hot water heater within the same day. 10/10 recommend.

He laid down runners from the water heater to the top of the stairs to protect my carpet. Having a water heater go out can be stressful and American made it painless.
