Chad is Honest and Hard working he delivered everything that he promised when he did the estimate and at a good price. I talked to a lot of plumbers before getting the job done. American PipeSmith has done work at our house two times. Both times he provided superior service. It has been a pleasurable experience. The first time I asked for service was on our tankless water heater - service was first class. Second time we had a dishwasher leak and again the service was first class. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I have rental homes and the first time I used Chad for a repair I knew he was a keeper. I have now had him out for three different problems. The third time I did not even ask the price before I had him come out. He is a VERY good plunber, a VERY nice person and has VERY fair prices. You could not find a better plumber.

Chad is awesome...hard worker, honest, very professional, and did a fastastic job installing a tankless water heater in my home. He worked long hard hours until it was done! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I know I have a plumber now I can trust! Not to mention, his price is extremely reasonable!

I called this company on a Sunday, and he was at my house at the exact time on Monday and did a fantastic CLEAN job, even told my husband, you would never know we had a plumber in our kitchen! Had a strange leak from my bathtub upstairs.There were no water marks on my ceiling but the ceiling was peeling in several places under where the tub is located. Chad found the leak with no problem and did have it repaired in no time. Had a very positive experience.... Have used 2 other local plumbers for other problems and was not satisfied with either.....and they will not be back....but I will have Chad back again.

I just bought a house and decided to use American Pipe Smith for my plumbing needs. The service was fast and affordable. Chad did a wonderful job installing my new faucet and hooking up my outdoor gas fire pit. I will never go to anyone else. He is a hard worker and will get the job done.
