Sham was the person that I had been dealing with since I contracted with APS and he was great. Due to workload, Rene came to inspect the boxes. This is the first time that I had met Rene. He was courteous, professional and extremely entertaining. Another asset to APS for sure. In speaking with him at the end of the service call, he mentioned that he did a visual of the property and things currently look good. It is winter but it was reassuring to know that he was there to do more than just fill the traps.
