We had inquired about a project that we needed done in a short period of time and when we contacted American patch and pin they got back to us right after i sent my request. They were able to expedite our order rite away. Their communication was fast and easy, they even got back to me on the weekend (what company does that) Very satisfied....
Trying to have 300 patches made. Sent in art work as requested, received a sample that was not useable. Actually sent our last sample patch so they could duplicate. Was told by the owner he was out of town for a month or so and would try to contact someone at the office to help. I have sent several emails and have never been contacted again. I explained to him that we had sent him our last patch sample. Will never use this business and will never recommend.

This person was never a customer of mine, only an inquiry. I'm sorry this transaction did not work out but I thought it would be best, since she was not happy with our sample patch, which in the company's option was of equal or better quality than the sample she provided, that the potential sale should be terminated. For her troubles, I will personally send out a $50.00 gift certificate to her favorite restaurant. Just let me know the restaurants name and mailing address. Thanks and hope we can do business in the future.

Aside from the excellent product, the owner is personable, charitable, and stands behind the workmanship of the company.
