We have had patched made by different companies over the years until we started getting them from American Patch and Pin, the reason we left every other company we dealt with was quality and professionalism. No one gave us the time effort or quality we received from American Patch and Pin. I highly recommend American Patch and Pin, once you shop here, you will never need another patch maker. This is a great company. Communication is great. Quality is key when you are in a business like ours and the quality of these patches were 10x better than the previous company. They were quick and kept me up to date. Will be purchasing from them again, and will refer anyone wanting patches to them as they are definitely a quality company.

The folks at American Patch and Pin are amazing across the board. As an illustrator, I am always surprised at how accurately my designs are interpreted functionally as patches. Every patch production run I receive is executed flawlessly and with accurate counts. Above all that, their customer service is top-notch. I seem to always be placing last minute orders with critical deadlines, but I can always rely on American Patch and Pin.

I tried American Patch and Pin because I wanted to work with a company who took pride in their work and created products made in the USA. Their website was clear and easy to use, but it was when I started emailing with Gary that their excellent customer service really began to shine. I highly recommend American Patch and Pin.I have placed more then one order with them never being disappointed with their service or product.Once my order arrived with spelling wrong.I contacted Gary about it and they were very fast at replacing order with right spelling.Their prices are just as good as their service.Give them a try ,you wont be dissappointed.

Gary was incredibly helpful. I was trying to work with another company and was not hearing back from them and was being told they wouldn't get to me until a week after the event they are for. I called Gary and was kind of freaking out asking if I could get my patches in time and he was very helpful and friendly and reassured me they would be. Gary at American Patch and Pin has been fantastic making quality patches that I use in my prison dog program work. I am 100 percent happy with their work that they have done on different patches that they have made for us. American Patch and Pin makes quality patches as well as pins.
