California back and pain specialists in El Monte: Nova surgical institute. Doctors are knowledgeable and understanding, very professional. However , Front desk receptionists are unprofessional, have an attitude, uneducated women. They are not polite and don't know how to interact with incoming patients in a courteous respectful manner.
