Terrible customer service. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Blevins, and they stated a needed a referral from my doctor (completely understandable), my doctor faxed/emailed over the referral. Then they call a week later stating they need my records before making an appointment. They work hard at not trying to schedule an appointment with and the front office staff is very rude. Save yourself the TIME and see someone else. @American Pain and Wellness - DO BETTER. Invest in training your front office staff.
Great docs- they really helped me with my back pain Dr Remer and Dr Belvin are awesome I would highly recommend.
I was very well taken care of at American Pain and Wellness. The doctors are great and the staff is very compassionate. Over all great experience.
