Update: Paul is *still* hands down THE BEST mortgage guy in San Diego. He has extensive industry knowledge, always answers the phone, gets things done quickly, and cures the biggest problems. Every time I think a loan couldn't get done, Paul finds a way. He's the best, I refer him to all of my clients and use him for my own personal purchases and refinances as well. I can't recommend him high enough.
Paul went above and beyond to help solve challenges, investigate a range of possible options, and get us the best loan possible. He was easy to reach and stayed in touch throughout the process. He gave a clear roadmap for the various steps ahead, and managed to clearly explain complicated factors.
