Service Manager was GREAT. Sales manager said he forgot to book my appointment on his calendar, so I waited an hour and a half trying to get ahold of him. Apparently, his office couldn't find him either. He called, apologized for forgetting and offered to come in an hour. Unfortunately, he had forgotten I had other appointments that afternoon, kinda like he forgot to put me on his calendar.... He offered to come immediately, and I accepted his offer. Great service – American fixed my door in the same day that I called. The prices are very good and I have told my neighbors to use them also. The installers are nice and professional. Great quality of work.
