was told they would be out Monday at 8 am to do our repair work. 8:45 comes and no one no call nothing. i call to find out whats up and was told "he has a flat tire but yes is on the way" ok so i wait and wait and wait some more then at 10:45 get a call saying he was just in a auto accident and wont be out today but will be back in the morning. im a little annoyed as i rearranged my schedule for work and everything but ok. fast forward to the next day they come at 8:30 no one in uniform and was told no never had a flat tire ... read more
We had an appointment at 11:30. The gentleman showed up at 12:15. The building has signs that says masks are required. He gets off the elevator without at mask and I said "Where is your mask?" He said "I don't have one." I told him he wasn't coming into my apartment. He turned and said "Goodbye." Certainly not the attitude and service I would expect.

Please let me address a couple of points you’ve made here. First of all we do we did our best to fit you in our schedule for the same day appointment. Our rep communicated with you the entire time and let you know that we were running behind due to traffic. Secondly, we do take COVID-19 very seriously and ensure all our customers feel safe when we visit. When we said we would go get our mask you began to yell at our rep at that point we decided you weren’t a client we would like to take on. Thank you.
