I went there and was in the showroom for 20 minutes, not once did anyone greet me or offer assistance. Maybe I didn't look the part, because the man that came in as I was leaving was greeted by the same lady that was trying very hard not to make eye contact with me. Will not go back nor will I purchase Daltile from big brand stores.
Edit:6 years later. I see they finally corrected their closing times to the correct time, so nobody else would be punished. Upgrade from 1 to 4 stars. Just drive 35 miles to pick up some tiles for a job tonight. They were closed at 4:15. I am so screwed. I knew when they were in upland they closed at 4 but I did my homework and checked the internet and it says open until 5. You would think a company this big would have the decency to correct that, whether it is with Google or with their technical team. This is bullshit.
