Edit:6 years later. I see they finally corrected their closing times to the correct time, so nobody else would be punished. Upgrade from 1 to 4 stars. Just drive 35 miles to pick up some tiles for a job tonight. They were closed at 4:15. I am so screwed. I knew when they were in upland they closed at 4 but I did my homework and checked the internet and it says open until 5. You would think a company this big would have the decency to correct that, whether it is with Google or with their technical team. This is bullshit.
Great customer service
This company is misleading and does not disclose any type of restocking fees. I called Scott Sweeney and tried to return a portion of tile which I no longer needed and they refused to compromise in any way. I even offered to get credit for my next purchase and the so called incompetent manager I spoke to called Jeff was incredibly unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. He hung up on me abruptly because he couldn’t handle the situation and he was obviously flustered over his lack of communication. These people are terrible to do... read more
