Great customer service
This company is misleading and does not disclose any type of restocking fees. I called Scott Sweeney and tried to return a portion of tile which I no longer needed and they refused to compromise in any way. I even offered to get credit for my next purchase and the so called incompetent manager I spoke to called Jeff was incredibly unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. He hung up on me abruptly because he couldn’t handle the situation and he was obviously flustered over his lack of communication. These people are terrible to do... read more
I don't know how this location is getting any business. The customer service is appalling. We have interacted with multiple different workers at this location, they are all equally rude and unhelpful. They promise phone calls back and go weeks with no response. They leave you waiting awkwardly because nobody acknowledges you when you go in person. We will be making our purchases anywhere but Daltile. There is no excuse for such horrible customer service.
