I desperately needed and alignment after installing a lift kit & putting on my new wheels and tires. After being told “no walk-ins” for alignment by multiple Offroad shops in the valley. I called American Off-Road Customs & spoke with James who was able to get me in for an alignment. In and out within an hour! My alignment is now perfect thanks to these guys. Definitely recommend this shop!
I went to American Off Road Customs because on my search they were listed as the #1 option if you’re looking for a shop specifically for Jeeps. I am pleased to say that was research was accurate. They are an awesome shop with great prices and very honest!! They do excellent work and are very timely in doing repairs. I had been chasing an intermittent EVAP system problem on my 2010 Ram 1500 for months. The truck would randomly display the gas cap warning, followed by a check engine light with EVAP codes. I'd already replaced the gas cap twice (including a genuine Mopar cap), inspected hoses, and spent a lot of time trying to track down the issue myself. Best combination of engineering, guest service and planning. Jonathan listened to what i wanted and created a package that perfectly matches my uneducated requests. I asked for a mild treatment and told him I like the rims that came with the truck. This was his result. They also installed a full Borla exhaust system. Awesomeness! Fair pricing and transparency in quote2final bill was exceptional.
