Ordered a DDP shipment via Alibaba and they used this company as their freight forwarder. Awful customer service. If they do answer their phones they just immediately hang up on you.
Freight forwarded used for a DDP shipment from Alibaba. Their number is never answered or when they do pick up they hang up on you if you ask any questions. They barely speak English. Even the person who was texting me would take days to respond and didn't care about anything.
The company you run is a scam. You have no obligation to your customers and no responsibility to your company, and you have bad people who don't care whether the customer is satisfied. You do not care that the customer paid top dollar for shipping,
