Dr. Panchal and his staff are caring and friendly. He listened to me, heard what I was going through and the pain I was living with and laid out options. He advised on each option but never pushed me one way or another, and supported the decisions that I made. Thankful that I trusted him as my surgeon.
It was great to find such a kind and experienced doctor to treat my leg problem. He never rushed me and answered all my questions.
My recent spinal fusion surgery went very well and my recovery phase is going good. Dr. Panchal is very professional and I feel I am in very capable hands with him. His PA Shannon is a good listener and always helpful. The office staff is very user friendly making the important paperwork necessary prior to surgery less stressful. I would highly recommend this practice should treatment and surgery become necessary.
Dr. Panchal performed cervical spinal fusion surgery on me at Methodist Hospital at McKinney on March 26 and, judging by the results, he is truly a gifted surgeon with amazing technique. He went in through the front left side of my neck, moving everything out of the way to get to my vertebrae where he removed three discs and replaced my 4th vertebrae with a mesh cage to stabilize my spine.
