I had a very disappointing experience with American National Insurance. I initially reached out for a quote and was promised a follow-up, but they did not follow through as expected. When I had to follow up myself, I found that my concerns and specific needs (insuring only myself, not my wife) were not properly listened to or addressed by their staff.
