Horrible experience. I came into get fullset. I came the day before to get pedicure and a worker mentioned i needed to take my acrylic full set off. So I got my fullest soaked off and I mentioned I will come back tomorrow to get the new full set because I had to go to work. So today I came and the manager was available to do my full set. One my index nail it crack in the process of taking off the acrylic yesterday so I mentioned to the manager can she put another thin layer if acrylic on that nail to protect since i do work ... read more

I saw Jody today for SNS nails and had a fantastic experience. The salon appears to have been recently renovated and is beautiful inside. Jody took her time and did one of the best jobs I have found out of any salon in Mobile (I have tried many). All of the other staff working at the salon was also very kind and attentive. I will definitely be back And will definitely be requesting Jody.

The new owner is rude and speaks condescendingly to his customers!! Don't patronize this business. I had been a regular customer for 10 years. After witnessing his behavior, I've taken my business to a better salon. The new salon techs here aren't that experienced and don't provide the best quality even though the prices increased.
