I saw Jody today for SNS nails and had a fantastic experience. The salon appears to have been recently renovated and is beautiful inside. Jody took her time and did one of the best jobs I have found out of any salon in Mobile (I have tried many). All of the other staff working at the salon was also very kind and attentive. I will definitely be back And will definitely be requesting Jody.

The new owner is rude and speaks condescendingly to his customers!! Don't patronize this business. I had been a regular customer for 10 years. After witnessing his behavior, I've taken my business to a better salon. The new salon techs here aren't that experienced and don't provide the best quality even though the prices increased.

I went in to get pedicure. They were busy and only had 2 techs working. I made appointment and returned. While getting prepared for pedicure I asked owner question. He responded very rudely. When I checked him about being respectful he went off!! Very unprofessional! Told me he would let someone give me pedicure. Continued to argue with me then refused service! I have been going there over 10 years! Service is horrible since they changed owners!!

Please please don’t go here , they are very rude and inconsiderate. I just walked out crying because one of the nail techs just cursed me out and refused to give me a refund. I asked for french tip with pink. They messed up my toes and told me to come back after being there for three hours yesterday. They all have nasty attitudes and I see why they don’t have any service. Mind you I paid $125 and wasn’t satisfied at all. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience.
