Taking Pilates with Wanessa is hands down the best way to start my day. I genuinely look forward to waking up for her 7am classes — which says a lot. Her workouts are challenging in the best way, and somehow she finds muscles I didn’t even know existed. I can truly feel the difference in my body and my strength. I have recently been stretching with Maria and she is fabulous. Maria has pt training and she knows just how far to push me. If I have an injury she strengthens the muscles around it so the injury is not stressed and the other muscles do the work of the injured one. Maria is also a very kind and caring person-just like everyone else at Empower.
I'm so glad I found Empower Pilates! Highly recommended.
Wonderful studio with awesome instructors. Willing to help clients with disabilities and modify but push you to be your best. When I’m in the area, I will come again.
