I have been to this facility and I Love that it has that family own business feel and they also have a sauna in the locker room for females so you don’t have to be in a big sauna with a large amount of people. I love that they have outdoor doors where you can do lunges outside if it’s nice and also the staff was very helpful with the situation that was on my account
Great gym all equipment is great and always pretty clean when in there defiently place to lift. But when it comes to sauna definitely need to tear it down and get a electric heater like the ymca / vasa etc the one there is disappointing.
Go see Frankie at The Body Shop. One of the best massages of my life!
Can't recommend Frankie enough, if you're looking for an amazing deep tissue massage.
