Thanks for the great service! I have Shipped with AMID for years without any issues. Its sad to see people leaving 1 star reviews because they don't understand how destination fees and import taxes work. Its standard that the receiving party is responsible for those fees. There is no accurate way to predict them or prepay them.

I’m so glad doing business with you. I will definitely use your services in the future and recommend it to others. One thing that I found confusing is that I didn’t find a place to upload a copy of my national ID/Passport (The Consignee) during the booking process. I received an email later from a representative asking for it. I think it would be helpful to explain when and where to upload a photocopy of a National ID/Passport in the booking. It might be there in the website but I didn’t find it.

We have worked with AMID for more than three years and dozens of shipments. Three things stick out to me with AMID. 1 - their quote and booking process is very simple and accurate. With more than 30 shipments, we have never had a shipments price differ from what was quoted. 2 - There systems are automated so it walks you through the process of shipping and documentation very smoothly.
