Terrible. These people need to be investigated by the FTC and the SEC ASAP! Please be aware these guys are not in for the best interest of the homeowner.
This company is a sham. We've been paying rent on a house they purchased through auction, due to the former landlord defaulting for three months now. This last payment was returned and I was told that "they didn't believe the least was valid." I have stated since the purchase occurred that our intent was to buy the house. We've lived here for almost 2 years now. I will be getting a lawyer involved.
