I called and set an appointment a few days ahead of time and told them that it had to be done by noon on the day that we scheduled because I did not have time later in the day. I am in sales and I am driving my car every day during normal business hours so the day I set was the only day that I had time. I called the morning that the service was to be completed and asked when they would be here to do the install and I as told, 'well can we do it at 1?
