Today, due to an episode of extremely low blood pressure, my sister fell to the floor while waiting for a therapy appointment. An ambulance was called and it was 85 minutes before they came. Such wait time is totally unacceptable!
I had AMS come to my home this past Monday and one was VERY RUDE and unprofessional! They didn't think anything was wrong but transported me to BSA ER.. I had 21 blood clots removed from my lungs and a DVT removed from my leg!! I'm STILL in the hospital!! You need to hire better quality people who have compassion and KNOW what they are doing!!!
By far the RUDEST receptionists I have ever had to deal with. They dont pick up the phone on the first call, or in my case not even the 3 CALL and then when you do finally get through they are very rude and disrespectful to you. They call me randomly leave voice mails with barely any information and then not pick up when you call them back. Ide rather be sick than deal with the outragiously rude atmosphere of this dr office. DO NOT GO HERE
On August 3rd, I was transported by ambulance to BSA. During the transport, I was tossed almost out of the gruney. The EMT said, "Good God, can you not even sit up?" Is this acceptable behavior from your EMT'S. I can provide more info to help you determine who this person was.
This is the one hard company to deal with about your bill. They can never get it straight.
