Thank you Tyler & Kevin for coming so quickly & saving me a trip to the ER.
Dishonest group of thieves in their billing department. After paying off a $3000+ 10 minute ambulance ride they continue to extract automatic payments from my checking account, then claim it will stop and the money will be redeposited into my account “in a few days” which never happens. Now their supervisor named Cindy, who claims to have no email or a direct phone line (although I was transferred to her via telephone) claims there is no record of additional monies taken out of my account although it clear shows on my bank s... read more
Absolutely worst company ever. They overcharge, and do not work with your insurance company. I have contacted them MULTIPLE times and the staff are extremely unhelpful.
Very polite and knowledgeable. They are professionals yet compassionate
Business response:
Good Afternoon, thank you so much for the positive feedback. We are happy you had a good experience with our services. If there is anything else we can do, please do not hesitate to private message us. Have a great rest of the week. Stay safe!

This was a while ago and my mom still get a chance to thank you guys. Sometime in Feb pre-covid, my mom had a complication that she needed an ambulance to go to the hospital. She was there for a week and she's a ok now. thanks Sean (don't know if that her smelled right)
Fine quality EMT's and Paramedics and Dispatchers!
I may be a little bias cause I use to work at AMR. But I would still and do recommend AMR to anyone either seeking employment in EMS for quality EMS care. As much I have had to be transported due to several very serious medical conditions everyone from AMR has always been very polite and respectful even the ones who don't know me. Unfortunately I can't say the same thing about LVFD as they have been very very rude to not only me but also to both my mom and dad.
🙂Quick response..very professional & caring medical personnel at my MVA last December.
