I'm shocked at how unreliable private transport companies are. This is the 4th time I have used AMR and they always have been more than 30min late...today they are over an hour late! This is not just an inconvenience for me, but screws the doctors as well...and then I'm forced to sit for hours waiting till they can squeeze me in since I missed my appt �
