Just call DC OCME instead
It is impossible to reach anyone in customer service. I attempted calling twice and both times the person kept saying my reception was poor and couldn't hear me. Even though, I had full bars on my phone.
Personnel très gentil, compétent et serviable. Mon amie s'est cassée la jambe et le poignet en glissant sur de la glace. Nous avons été secouru très rapidement. Les 2 infirmiers de l'AMR sont restés aux urgences avec nous jusqu'à ce que nous soyons totalement pris en charge. En tant que français nous avons également eu de la chance de tomber sur "Nick" qui parlait notre langue et qui a facilité la compréhension de tous.
their drivers suck. They’re an ambulance company so you’d hope they would drive a care, but nope. Today one nearly crashed into me after cutting off a bunch of cars after an ambulance went by. I hope if I’m not, I’m dying I will never use their service because they will not get you wherever you need to go safely.
