Personnel très gentil, compétent et serviable. Mon amie s'est cassée la jambe et le poignet en glissant sur de la glace. Nous avons été secouru très rapidement. Les 2 infirmiers de l'AMR sont restés aux urgences avec nous jusqu'à ce que nous soyons totalement pris en charge. En tant que français nous avons également eu de la chance de tomber sur "Nick" qui parlait notre langue et qui a facilité la compréhension de tous.

their drivers suck. They’re an ambulance company so you’d hope they would drive a care, but nope. Today one nearly crashed into me after cutting off a bunch of cars after an ambulance went by. I hope if I’m not, I’m dying I will never use their service because they will not get you wherever you need to go safely.

Of the two interactions that I've had with AMR's capital region employees in the past month, neither has been positive. The fact that the employees I've interacted with are selfish and absent-minded gives me the impression that AMR must not care about the quality of its patients' transports. I'll never choose to have a family member transported by AMR and I suggest that anyone reading this use a different private ambulance service if at all possible.
