Consumer Beware! My Dr faxed script for medical equip to American Medical supply on a Monday. I called on Thursday for status and was told they didn??t receive fax. I called my Dr to have refaxed. I called American Med back for status next day on Friday. They claimed they had the fax all along since Monday but it is in processing. I asked to have respiratory therapist call me. American Medical Rental & Supl is so messed up. When I went in to American Medical Rental and Supply in Tacoma, I was aghast at how the staff treated me. Very rude women. One woman told another that she was a "b*&^%" in front of two customers. I've also never received my order and it has been nine months!
Excellent Service The staff has always been very kind and prompt in helpin me with my needs. I sometimes have a hard time getting around and they made it very simple to get my new wheel chair. They sent someone out to fit me for it, and than dealt with my insurance company to make sure I got what I needed. And very shortly after I had my new chair. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a friendly environment with good service.
Friendly staff I pick up medical supplys every month from American Medical Supply. The staff is always freindly and know the regular customers by name. I have to drive about 30 minutes from my home but their service is worth the drive. If they don't have what I need in stock they make sure they can get it from a different store and make arrangements for me to come back at my conveience to pick up the items.
