I attended the neuro hands on rotation. A relaxing and rewarding program

This rotation has been one of the best experiences I’ve had so far, both in learning and in connecting with others. I was lucky to learn from amazing preceptors who were kind, patient, and always willing to teach. I also got to meet some wonderful people and make real friendships along the way. This experience has helped me grow not just as a future doctor, but also as a person, and I’m truly grateful for it.

It was amazing experience, my neurology rotation was for a month. I became familiar with EMR and documentation and I improved my English communication skills and participated in two case report publications .The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have done a telerotation in neurology. Despite being virtual , I was still considered a part of the team. I took patient histories and also presented the case during discussions. In fact if I had a point regarding the patient, it was well accepted and noted during the discussion. I love to call it a Hands on Telerotation 😁

This hands-on exposure significantly improved my ability to assess patients with neurodegenerative disorders and manage neurological pain. I also expanded my knowledge of rare neurological conditions and strengthened my diagnostic and communication skills. I highly recommend this rotation for IMGs seeking stron... read more
