I have only been with him since the beginning of this year but he is fantastic. First of all his staff is so nice and efficient. Dr. Shah spent a great deal of time with me to understand my issues and he made some changes for me that have really made a huge difference in just a short period of time. I can't say enough.
We started seeing Dr. Shah as our new primary Care Physician (PCP), what a wonderful surprise, excellent Dr.! He spent over 2 and 1/2 hours with us, it was exceptional, explained every issue and concern we both had using details. Returned with more paperwork within 3 days and was given referrals and spent another 2 hours explaining the options and a clear path forward for health plan. The dr talks to his staff extremely harsh. We overheard him when we were in the waiting room. He wants to do most procedures in house and I prefer my specialist. Difficult to get a referral from him. We had one visit and changed our pcp.
Called his office at 8:30A.M. spoke to his answering service said they would have the doctor call me he never did. Called again at 9 A.M. spoke to his office she said she had no notes that I called. she was to speak to the doctor and call me back. Its now 2pm never heard from the doctor. My son was in the hospital with double pneumonia and now has covid and is running a fever of 102 he needed medication. What doctor totally ignores a patient phone call? I set him up with a new doctor. This was the 2nd time this has happened.... read more
