Avoid this place. Horrible customer service and flat don’t care. Called and left messages numerous times nothing. After finally have to showing up at office, I told them what pallet racking I needed, and was told by the inside sales guy named "Clark" they would send me a quote. Of which he never did, I had to go back up there few days later in person, and they still had not had time to send to after almost a week (not a large quote). Called to see if they could help me with repairs on our existing warehouse shelving. The office told me to call one of their outside sales reps, who told me to email him. After a month of trying to get an appointment (and having to send requests several times to get a response), I was given an appt of Oct 1st, 2023 which was a Sunday?? I've never heard from them again. NO CALL NO SHOW.

Office and warehouse people are friendly and they open 8:00 Am with no overnight parking but if you coming with dry van just be careful because it’s kind a little tough .
