Someone can tell me where this company moved to. I was supposed to apply for a rental and this office is abandoned.
We did all the paper work and got approved by the association to move in after closing. 6 days before closing it was found that the association has a ligitation open. Our bank requested as simple letter from them saying nothing is owed to workers and all repairs are completed. American management & realty decline to provide the letter and we lost our deal as yesterday. We spent all this time and money in association, appraisal and inspection. But a the end American Management & realty affected our closing. Very disappointed!... read more
