I purchased a new Sharp lathe from Marc, had some issues with the chuck that came with the lathe, it seems that purchasing a top end lathe means you still get a marginal chuck, Marc went to bat for me and negotiated a deal on a Bison chuck, I was very happy with the outcome, it was a pleasure doing business with Marc and his company, it's nice to know that there are still companies out there actually providing good customer service.
