I have been going to Dr. Agrawal for 5 years and have been completely satisfied with my service. He did the tests to find out I had a rare lung condition that no other doctor had done, and I'd never heard of. I had something recently I needed help with, Dr. Agrawal and Pam both helped me out with that and explained things really well. Everything seemed a little rushed and they're really not paying attention when they discharged me at the end of my appointment I had to remind them about the copay and then I received a statement from their biller. I had to take time out of go to my bank account find the receipt and send it back to them because they had no record of my receipts very incompetent
