I had an excellent experience at American Lube Fast thanks to the manager, Tamy. She was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Tamy took the time to explain the services, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer. It's clear she cares about both her team and her customers. Great customer service like this is hard to find, and I'll definitely be coming back.
I went to American Lube and met Tamy, the new manager. I was having oil issues on my Kia and she had the mechanic take pictures and showed me the amount of oil under my car. I’m glad she was there. She told me to check online for a recall or class action situation with Kia engines. Turns out… my Kia can get a new engine! Best customer service ever!!!
