This place has always been where I take my cars. The staff is friendly and you don't have to wait 2 hours to get an oil change.
A learning experience I won't learn from them again for sure. My elderly mom went to get the oil changed, which I already told her my mobile mechanic had just done a week or two prior, she didn't remember me telling her. Her memory isn't so good unfortunately. He said the filter hadn't been changed in quite sometime even though I went myself to Auto Zone and bought the oil and filter myself and I was present when my mechanic did it. Beware of who you get your car get worked on. What a waste of almost $70.
Been there twice and they steal your quarters from your car! If you don't believe me, count your quarters before you get there, and count them when you leave. They leave like 2 so you don't notice. Will not be going back.
If you try to rest why don't you try the best American Lube Center wait yesterday to get my oil change and the oil plug wouldn't come off every time I tried to get it off it would just flake off so they tried and tried and tried again and tell the man said Give Me 2 more minutes and he got it off he was trying for like 5 minutes to get off you finally got it off he replaced it for free to a bigger one so it won't flake off anymore and and now it will come off easier thank you America lube and Center you tried the rest now co... read more
