Very polite workers , i got load from American Lighting to Cleveland , OH . The guy who loaded , he was very polite and friendly. And very fast service.
I have been very please with the service provided from American Lighting. I purchased lights over a year ago. A few months later, I experienced issues. They quickly replaced them. Recently, I started having the same issues with the replacements. I contacted them again. Within an hour, they replied to my message with an explanation of the issue and resolution. Every product has the potential of being defective. How the company handles the situation is what can make or break them. Great job to their tech team.
