I love the whole Team at the Tyler's Location, I was getting so frustrated at first, yet these guys seen how frustrated I was as the whole team came together, literally. They not only erase my frustration yet teamed up handle my problems. Made me feel at home there, as to allow me to try out there costume active ultra light wheelchairs, as to even help me in the setup. This place is amazing!!! My Mom got a power wheelchair here and they are AMAZING! Highly recommend!! Christy was so helpful and compassionate! A million thank yous to Christy and her staff!
Efficient, polite, and respectful service
Having been to this business times numerous times helping Barbara get her brake / accelerator handy cap feature installed . From the ordering process , to the great installation & to help with all of the paperwork processing by Cheryl was outstanding . This business helped the both of us beyond what we expected . I was given obvious misinformation. Misinformation that I know they knew better. They did not return a phone call. One employee laid with his head on the desk during our visit. Would not recommend.
