UPDATE: After 6 months of back and forth, my mobility aid was delivered. Michael has been a big help to me throughout this whole nightmare. I am moving them from a 1 star to a 3 because it was finally resolved. I just do not believe 6 months is very tolerable when you have a disability and are unable to walk without assistance. I was referred to them by my physician with high praise back in March, and now it is July. I have been assured multiple times that the required paperwork has been sent to my insurance provider. However, after I directly contacted my insurance company, they have confirmed that they have not received any such documents. Both my physician and my insurance provider have already given their approval.
