Good experience. Katie and her staff were very nice. We did have a few situation where I had to provide even more documentation after I signed all the paperwork in the office, but it wasn't a huge inconvenience. Also, my wife's name was spelled incorrectly on all our paperwork the day of signing. We had to wait approx 30 mins to have it corrected and reprinted to sign, which delayed me getting to work that day. But overall, nice people and good to work with.
We have used Regina twice and she is like family now. Everyone goes above and beyond to get it done. We had a very unique situation the second time around and Tammy and Regina got it done. They work so hard and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them!
