Jody ***** was our Mortgage Originator and she really went out of her way to answer all of our questions (We had a TON of questions being first time home buyers) and make sure we were comfortable and educated on buying a new home. It was all so easy. We've heard horror stories from friends about lenders who made the process complicated and very stressful. Jody did everything perfect and it made it so easy and stress free. Great customer experience every time! I know most people would come here to complain after they themselves have done something wrong and want to blame the bank. Also I know there are plenty of other banks that screw you over even when you doing the right thing.
