My husband and I had no idea what we were getting into when we first started this process… We were intimidated and thought the whole process would be super stressful. It was not at all, Brandon and his team went above and beyond and always made time to answer our questions, emails and take phone calls. finally someone who works with the average man. I have had some bumps along the way and after my wife passed, we had a ton of bills. American Lending Solutions was able to help me get those bills consolidated and shorten the term on my mortgage. I now pay less then I did before and knocked off 5 years of my mortgage.

I worked with Ellen and Kelly in the Michigan office and can't say enough about their service. They were knowledgeable and professional during the whole transaction. They gave me some good options and went over the pros and cons with me on each one so that I could make the best decision for myself. I believe I've done that and am really happy with my loan. I used a different company for my last loan and did not get that type of personal service at all.

We just purchased our first home and used American Lending Solutions for our financing. They did a very good job for us as we had some issues that needed to be worked through. We also bought a house that had items that need to be fixed and they had a great program that gave us the money to correct the issues.
