I brought my ALH six months ago and Rick Tankersley and his team were phenomenal throughout the whole process. Today I got to interact with James from Warranty and I will say hands down one of the best warranty folks I have worked with. Normally you hear the horror stories with the warranty department with ALH is top notch. I know it is a very thankless job especially when your dealing with nasty people.
