Less than 6 months my seat is sinking 12,000 dollar couch i bought for cushions to not sink. I thought I was buying best couch but its not even close. Complete fail. One side squeeking. Im 180 lb and only use 2 hr a day. This is rediculess
Mainly reviewing this location due to a terrible experience with the receptionist. A little less attitude and some better customer service skills would be great.
