Mainly reviewing this location due to a terrible experience with the receptionist. A little less attitude and some better customer service skills would be great.
I’ve been here since 9:55 am to pick a load and many day cabs pulling in and nobody knows when they’re going to assign me a door . Everytime I go inside to ask everybody is on their phones just wondering around and there’s a break every 2 hrs. Terrible
We got here at 6 am and they unloaded us by 6:50
