American Leak Detection came to my house this morning and I was very satisfied with their services. They did find several leaks in my wastewater piping exactly in the master bath area of the house where the foundation is sinking. And they found an additional problem in they piping just outside the master bath. Everything was on time and as scheduled. This company started in May and found one leak in my pool but it still leaked. I have a problem with the schedular that was sending out technicians on other jobs to get that $800 rather than help me. it took me time to find a plummer. They did come out and found a new leak in July but guess what it is still leaking and scheduler had me set up a month away. Poor decisions on Manager.

Their techs were a no show on 3 separate days. I had to call their office multiple times each day to ask where they were. I was then told "We cant make it out today, can we reschedule". This occurred three times, the third time I didn't bother calling and they never reached out to me.
