I wasn't sure if the discoloration in an area of our living room wood floor was due to a leak so I called American Leak Detection to inquire about their protocol. I spoke to Laura who told me they charge $295 if they detect a leak and would not charge anything if they cannot detect a leak. I confirmed with Laura at least three times that if no leak was detected after a technician came out that I would not be charged $295 and she confirmed that is correct. If I have another leak I will call American Leak Detection and ask for Chase ******* He found the leak and found a way to reroute the pipe saving a lot of time and money and work and house foundation. *** * *****

We have have American Leak perform repairs five times. Justin ******* has performed the evaluation and repair all five times. He is highly skilled in analyzing the problems and was able to perform the repairs with a minimal impact on surrounding structures. Our problems included replacing about 20 feet of sewer drain pipe under the foundation, several copper pipe water leaks due to foundation lifting and a collapsed drain pipe near a toilet. Great job on all repairs.

Complaint to American Leak Detection We hired the American Leak Detection to find a water leakage on the floor of our dining area on 10/28/2019, but was told that there's no any leaks in our whole house plumbing system including cold and hot water lines, and it might be the sprinkler water from our neighbor's backyard. American Leak Detection checked our pool and identified the leak at the skimmers. They explained our options for repairs including costs. They installed a temporary fix until they could return for the permanent repair. Cody and Abner were very professional And did a great job. They are highly recommended.

American Leak Detection came out and repaired my slab leak. I had several pinhole leaks. It was a process but Justin diagnosed and found every single leak.... He did an AMAZING job!!!!!. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!
