I highly recommend American Leak Detection. Their customer service is fantastic from setting up the appointment to answering additional questions. The technician, Dustin, was timely and thorough. A very friendly man who explained what my issue was and what type of service I needed to fix it. Overall, a very good experience.
We had a great experience. ALD came on fairly short notice and Andrew was professional and informative. It didn’t take him long to find the water line leak, which was accurate. This is the second time we have engaged ALD and we wouldn’t hesitate to do so in the future.
Very nice professional knowledgeable took the time to explain the problem that I was having and solutions to fix the problem. Would recommend this company and this technician to anyone who’s having a plumbing issue.
Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. He called before to give is an update on his arrival time. He was able to locate the problem in a timely manner.
