We truly appreciated the professionalism Chris demonstrated today while repairing our leak. He was very diligent to inform us of each stage of the repair, as well as explaining the documentation process. All of this while being very friendly and just doing an overall wonderful job! Kudos to Chris!
After 4 months of run around from others, a friend recommended American Leak. Chris came out and detected our slab leak and a few days later to repair. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable. He pin pointed the exact location of the leak with minimal damage to our home. No question that we would use them again if the need arises. In addition, ALD's representative was knowledgeable, prompt and professional.
