While it did take 2 tries, ALD honored their policy and came back out and found the leak at no extra charge. Their customer service was excellent and Dustin did an awesome job with finding my leak!
Great experience, knowledgeable, would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!
We truly appreciated the professionalism Chris demonstrated today while repairing our leak. He was very diligent to inform us of each stage of the repair, as well as explaining the documentation process. All of this while being very friendly and just doing an overall wonderful job! Kudos to Chris!
After 4 months of run around from others, a friend recommended American Leak. Chris came out and detected our slab leak and a few days later to repair. He was fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable. He pin pointed the exact location of the leak with minimal damage to our home. No question that we would use them again if the need arises. Thank you so much, such a weight off of my loaded shoulders.
I had a very serious Unnoticeable leak in my Home and couldn’t find it 🙁.. Called American Leak Detection… The Technician came right out and 20 min later There it was and only he could find it..I setup an appointment and that matter was taken care of ..
