I had a leak under the slab so this place was recommended. They found the leak and I contracted them to fix it. During this time, I asked what the chances they didn't find all the leaks and they said low. However, 2 months later, pipes leaking again. They stated they would not honor any warranty or provide any discount since when they left 2 months ago, they fixed the issue. They wouldn't even send someone just to check their previous work. Not very happy. They advertise that they can find the source of a leak with a guarantee. I have a small leak causing water to drip down in front of my fireplace and not sure if the origin is plumbing/siding/chimney/flashing so I thought this would be a great service to find the leak source. Had them out twice and best they can do is "it's probably coming from outside somewhere, IDK". He was outstanding. He took time to explain everything he was doing to locate the problem. He also make you feel confident he can find the problem while eliminating what the problem is not.
