After almost a month of trouble shooting with non priority support from the manufacturer of my industrial laser I reached out to American Laser to help resolve my laser not firing. I had gone through all of the testing and could no longer wait for the manufacturer to diagnose my issue, which I believed was the psu. After only two emails, American Laser diagnosed the issue and advised me on a replacement part. I called to sch an apt and some guy answered "hello" which made me think it was a private phn. Instead of explaining why he just said hello, he rudely wanted to know what he could do for me. Nothing now, why would I talk to someone who I'm not even sure works for this business. Be professional!
